Catching the sunflowers as they start to bend. Forever painting flowers in a dance like state.

Capturing a summer labor of love as we do our best to care for our apricot trees. Painted in an almost marbled state by not over blending the brush strokes paired with a dark navy paint for the background with hints of a vibrant blue to create a stark contrast. Allowing the branches to appear frozen in time.

Created around my love for murals, I wanted to offer a large scale painting that could give you the same look and feel. I kept the original paintings loose in order for them to lay nearly flush with the wall, or to be draped behind furniture. 

Created after that moment you notice flowers starting to wilt and you are not ready to see them go quite yet.
