Created with layers and layers of acrylic paint evoking a depth and richness. Beginning with a soft yet moody sky followed by thin layers of paint in various tones to create movement within the trees. My favorite part is looking closely at how many soft layers were used to create the leaves. Tucked within the thicket is a sweet surprise, a small dog. A fun but familiar detail that brings a personal touch.
